In order to maintain healthy teeth,

  • Brush teeth in all corners after a meal and before going to sleep.
  • Avoid foods containing sugar, and try to eat more fruit, vegetables, and fish.
  • Receive a regular oral examination every 6 months.
  • If a dental disease occurs, receive early treatment before it worsens.
  • Because the likelihood of tooth decay is high for children over the age of 6, make sure to brush teeth with fluoride every day if possible.
  • Until children become skilled at brushing their teeth, parents should brush their children’s teeth once a day.
  • If teeth come out when children are hurt while playing, place the teeth in a saline solution and visit a dental clinic within one hour.
