TNR (neutralization) program for feral cats

Control of number of feral cats through neutralization of feral cats in the city and response to civil complaints in regard to feral cats (estrus sounds, aggression, etc.) to not only protect animals but also to resolve civil complaints about feral cats

  • PeriodSpring - fall (suspended during winter)
  • ProcessReceipt of report → Dispatch to site and capture of feral cat → Sterilization operation → Recovery period → Discharge at captured location
