Issuance of Health Examination Result Certificate (formerly Health Certificate)

• Eligibility: Food and sanitation workers
• Required documents: Identification (Resident registration card, driver's license, passport)
  ※ For foreigners, only an alien registration card is acceptable

• Test items: Typhoid, tuberculosis, paratyphoid (additional STD and AIDS tests for entertainment industry workers)
• Registration Hours: 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM / 1:00 PM - 5:30 PM (ID required)
  ※ Monday - Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays
• Processing Period: 5 days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
• Fee: 3,000 KRW
• Procedure: Register at the Service Desk (1st Floor) → Radiology Room (3rd Floor) → Blood Collection Room (3rd Floor)

강조Health certificates can only be issued with the consent for the collection and use of personal information, and only by the health center where the application is made (If applying by proxy, both the applicant and the proxy must provide ID and a power of attorney)

• Fee: 3,000 KRW
