  • Location: Silver halls in jurisdiction
  • Method: Visits to silver halls to conduct education on illnesses, nutrition, and exercises in relation to hypertension and diabetes and to measure blood pressure and blood sugar levels

    • Lends blood pressure gauges, diabetes machines, and strip papers for 8-week management of blood pressure and blood sugar
    • Education conducted once a week with lectures, discussions, Q&A sessions, demonstrations, and exercises
    • Practice records and health journal writing
    • Pre- and post-examinations
