In order to maintain healthy teeth,
- Brush teeth in all corners after a meal and before going to sleep.
- Avoid foods containing sugar, and try to eat more fruit, vegetables, and fish.
- Receive a regular oral examination every 6 months.
- If a dental disease occurs, receive early treatment before it worsens.
- Because the likelihood of tooth decay is high for children over the age of 6, make sure to brush teeth with fluoride every day if possible.
- Until children become skilled at brushing their teeth, parents should brush their children’s teeth once a day.
- If teeth come out when children are hurt while playing, place the teeth in a saline solution and visit a dental clinic within one hour.
