Physical therapy employs non-surgical and non-pharmacological methods (such as heat, electricity, light, and equipment) to alleviate pain and enhance function, aiding patients in resuming normal activities

  • Eligibility for Treatment

    Patients with a physical therapy prescription from an internal medicine doctor
    (Age-related musculoskeletal disorders including chronic back pain, frozen shoulder, and degenerative arthritis)

  • Therapeutic Equipment

    Includes hot packs, paraffin wax units, interferential therapy devices, transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) units, shoulder rotators, etc.

  • Treatment Cost

    • Free for individuals over 65 years old (registered residents of Seoul), recipients of basic livelihood security, and national merit recipients
    • Paid services for Initial visit: 1,600 KRW, Follow-up physical therapy sessions: 500 KRW
  • Operating Hours

    Weekdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM)

  • Service Procedure

    Appointment-based system (Telephone appointments available)

    Register at the 1st-floor clinic → Consultation and physical therapy prescription by a doctor → Payment at the 1st-floor administration office (for paying patients) → Check-in at the 4th-floor physical therapy room
